Anastasiia Kaliuzhna: Embracing New Perspectives

Anastasiia Kaliuzhna, a 19-year-old tourism student from Chernihiv Polytechnic National University, embarked on her Erasmus+ journey with aspirations of studying in a foreign country and immersing herself in a new culture. Her experience at ViA exceeded expectations, fostering an environment of academic excellence and supportive community. From her initial steps of preparation, guided by her home and host institutions, to her active engagement in ViA’s academic and cultural life, Anastasiia’s story is one of remarkable adaptation and exploration. Her Erasmus+ experience has broadened her horizons, enhanced her language and intercultural communication skills, and expanded her international network, embodying the transformative essence of the program.

Anastasiia Blyzniuk: A Journey of Discovery and Connection

At just 18, Anastasiia Blyzniuk seized the opportunity to participate in the Erasmus+ program, driven by a dream of combining education with travel. Her goals of improving her English, experiencing new cultures, and making international friendships were fully realized at ViA. The supportive academic environment, coupled with diverse cultural experiences, allowed her to see Europe from new perspectives. Through various university-organized events and trips, she explored Latvia and beyond, creating unforgettable memories and connections. Her journey is a testament to the power of Erasmus+ in offering students windows of opportunity for growth and discovery.
